- Managing all logistical requirements to stage four major economic conference events and
a variety of workshops each year including audiovisual and webcast support and dayof
- Developing event program task timelines and schedules for coordinating event
registration; coordinating contracts with venues for space & catering, invites and
schedules for participating speakers and sponsor organizations, and award winner
- Coordinating annual sponsorship program to support our events and research program;
- Supporting department communication and digital marketing efforts including creating
marketing announcements promoting each event; assisting with social media postings,
and drafting and distribution of press releases through local media outlets.
